Ceramill Multiblock - 12 at a time!

Productivity with precision has a new name: Ceramill Multiblock! Since the launch of Ceramill HD with the option of processing dental CAD/CAM materials in high-definition mode, Amann Girrbach has set a new standard in terms of framework quality.

Precision in HD quality will be available for Ceramill customers in future 12 times, when processing glass and hybrid ceramic blocks. Up to 12 units can now be processed in one working cycle without having to interrupt the processing chain thanks to clever symmetrical alignment of the ceramic blocks in the multiblock holder.

The proven Amann Girrbach quick-change holder concept enables ceramic blocks to be processed without conversion of the machine or error-prone changing of the blank. Once loaded with the required number of blanks, no further interventions are required in the machine.

Start designing, nesting and finally the milling procedure - finished. The Ceramill Multiblock guarantees the highest precision and quality due to being fully integrated into the Ceramill HD process and can be upgraded without any problems.

The Ceramill Multiblock is designed for use with the 5-axis version of the Ceramill Motion 2 in Wet Processing mode.

Applicable materials include Vita Suprinity, Vita Enamic, Vitablocs Mark II and TriLuxe forte and IPS e.max CAD.
