Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer zirconia for premium aesthetics in one step

Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer is a polychromatic, super-high-translucent zirconia with integrated shade and translucency gradients. Smooth shade transitions simulate enamel, dentine and cervical shades in a fluent progression without shade breaks.

Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer blanks establish a new class of cubic zirconia in the Ceramill zirconia product folio by combining the high translucency of SHT zirconia with the economy and efficiency of pre-stained dental materials.

The Ceramill CAD/CAM system has an intelligent nesting concept ensuring a high shade stability, which enables restorations to be placed in the blank according to the VITA classical shade guide.The restoration can be further customised using Ceramill Stains to achieve an even more aesthetic result.

Zirconia blanks bearing the Ceramill Zolid FX brand name provide translucency previously only known with lithium disilicate, yet they still have strength values which also allow bridges up to three units to be fabricated in the molar region. Patients, dentists and technicians benefit from much greater assurance compared with materials that have been used previously for fully anatomical materials, e.g. lithium disilicate.

As they are currently available in four different tooth shade gradients, Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer blanks cover 80% of shades most commonly used in the laboratory. Other shades are being developed.
