Under the heading All-Ceramics meets Implant Esthetics, Ivoclar Vivadent will hold an International Expert Symposium in Berlin on Saturday, 15 September 2012.
The symposium is aimed at both dentists and dental technicians. The 14 international speakers from research and practice are renowned experts in the field of all-ceramics and implant prosthetics and will discuss the latest trends and present the step-by-step treatment protocols they use successfully in clinical and laboratory practice. Their lectures will focus on topics as varied as the current application options for all-ceramic systems, clinical study results, treatment planning in the field of implant prosthetics and successful execution, lithium disilicate, abutment design and communication between the members of the dental team. In the concluding lecture, Dr Urs Brodbeck will summarize the achievements in the development of all-ceramic materials: "Twenty-three years of all-ceramic restorations: a curse or a blessing?". A splendid venue has been selected for the symposium: it will take place at the Kosmos congress centre in Berlin, which is located near the famous Alexanderplatz. Dental professionals interested in registering for the event can do so at http://www.ivoclarvivadent.com/ies2012. An early-bird discount of 25% is granted for registrations before 20 August 2012. The International Expert Symposium will be kicked off with an evening social event "Ivoclar Vivadent & Friends in Berlin".
