To mark the launch of the upcoming new generation, the company offers an additional extra for the first 100 pre-orders.

Now, the company is once again demonstrating its innovative strength with the launch of the new generation of Programat ceramic and press furnaces, presenting well-designed solutions that not only optimise proven features, such as the infrared technology (IRT), fully automated press function (FPF) and digital shade assistant (DSA), but also impress with new software enhancements and smart features to make everyday work in the dental laboratory more efficient.

Modern, intuitive, smart: New Programat series impresses with a host of refinements

The new generation of Programat press and ceramic furnaces has been provided with a modernised look and offers more comfort in the day-to-day work of dental labs than ever before. A new colour and design concept helps the new Programat generation blend harmoniously into today’s laboratory surroundings. In addition, the cooling tray has been optimised to provide more space and better cooling of marginal areas. With its new membrane-sealed keypad and customary colour touchscreen display, the operating panel ensures fast and easy operation of the furnace. The graphical user interface (GUI) has been adapted and enhanced to match the preferences of customers and ensure even greater ease of use in everyday applications. New symbols and clear icons enable not only straightforward and intuitive operation but also facilitate the handling of the furnace and increase the efficiency of the work process.

Designed to do more than “just” fire: Programat with IoT connectivity

The second generation Programat series is designed to do far more than press and fire. They function as a smart dental assistant for dental technicians, similar to their predecessor. What is more, the new Programat furnaces offer additional benefits due to their IoT connectivity (Internet of Things). Users can register their device on the Ivoclar Vivadent customer portal and subscribe to a free “report” to receive monthly usage summary information on their furnace. This will allow them to optimise, for instance, the uptime and operation of their furnace in the dental laboratory. In addition, the report provides information about potential sources of error and facilitates maintenance and repair operations, enhancing the process reliability of the furnace in the laboratory.

Pre-order offer available for those who act quickly

The furnaces of the new Programat generation are currently available to pre-order for delivery as of June 2021. The first 100 pre-orders will receive a bonus high-performance vacuum pump free of charge. This will be a VP3 pump for the P310 G2 model and a VP5 pump for all the other second-generation models. All the vacuum pumps are especially designed for the Ivoclar Vivadent press and ceramic furnaces, offering high pump capacity, modern design and quiet operation.

Variants of the new series

The Programat ceramic furnaces are smart specialists for high-quality firing results and they will be available in three versions: P710 G2, P510 G2 and P310 G2. The Programat press furnaces are reliable partners for smart pressing operations and they will be offered in two versions: EP 5010 G2 and EP 3010 G2.
