The main focus of the Ivotion Denture system is the innovative Ivotion disc. The two-shade CAD/CAM disc is used for the monolithic production of full dentures. One disc – two materials: Ivotion combines a proven dental material with a high-quality denture base material. The internal area of the disc has the Shell Geometry. This is the heart of Ivotion. Shell Geometry is a data-based, three-dimensional tooth and dental arch geometry derived from a variety of real patient situations. It defines the transition area between the tooth and the denture base material. Tooth libraries with set-up examples, morphing tools, set-up functions and new gingiva designs are available for denture design using the 3Shape Dental System - all details are based on the proven principles of removable prosthetics. This enables the dentures to be individually adapted to the patients' requirements.
