Processing, managing, cleaning - laboratories can now redesign their future with the 3-in-1 principle of the first Ceramill Matik Full Service Unit from Amann Girrbach. The all-in-one concept of this machine type, which is unparalleled in the dental market, provides dental technicians with an unprecedented degree of flexibility, time saving and convenience.
The option of dry milling CoCr blanks on a NEM basis now extends the material spectrum of the Digital Native Automation Service Unit by yet another valuable component. A solid "Rigid Steel" holder, specifically developed for processing NEM blanks ensures absolutely steady and stable processing. As a logical continuation of the robust monocoque design of the CNC unit, it compensates for the high energy required for this demanding type of material, which is applied to the workpiece via the spindle and milling cutter. An extremely high-torque but energy-efficient super-high-frequency spindle is used, which in addition features very smooth running properties. In combination with the compact, vibration-free architecture of Ceramill Matik, even brittle materials such as NEM milling alloys can be processed with high precision and the finest surface quality.
In addition to perfect fits, laboratories will in future benefit from machine-guided workflows for cleaning, maintenance and service. Tedious research in manuals is a thing of the past with the Ceramill Matik. Instead, a digital wizard guides the user unerringly and intuitively through the machine's management system and thus creates time and room for the essentials - dental expertise in itself.
