With its new "Ceramill Argovent 2" sintering compartment, Amann Girrbach allows considerable savings in time and costs for sintering the Ceramill Sintron CoCr sintering metals.
With a 25% greater capacity, the removable sintering compartment offers room for approximately 40 units and is a system component for the Ceramill Argotherm sintering furnace. The sintering compartment and furnace were developed specifically for Ceramill Sintron and adapted painstakingly to the properties of the material. The combination guarantees reliable, precise and perfectly fitting results. With the technical further developments of the Ceramill Argovent, Amann Girrbach have made decisive improvements to the sintering process and its results in terms of quality and economics.
By improving thermal conductivity, the heat required now penetrates faster to the sintering material and results in a shortened sintering process. A "retort weight" provides additional insulation to the Ceramill Argovent 2 and prevents argon gas from escaping. Furthermore, newly developed, metal-free ceramic components simplify handling of the sintering compartment, whilst at the same time providing perfect protection to the milled units. Regardless of their size, these can now be sintered in a single run. The sintering process for wide-span work was also improved with the design of the Ceramill Argovent 2. The considerably enlarged "float sintering disc" also allows convenient and safe placement of very wide restorations before they attain their final material properties.
New customers for the Ceramill Argotherm and Argotherm 2 will benefit from the qualitative and economical innovations of the Ceramill Argovent 2.
