Zirkonzahn Titanium Base extractor

New Products

Abutments are fitted to laboratory analogues or implants directly on the model or in the patient’s mouth and then screwed.

Implants with flat-angle connection geometries may be blocked due to the static friction of the two components, which cannot be separated manually and conventionally without sustaining damage. Thanks to the new Titanium Base Extractor, Zirkonzahn offers an innovative and smart solution that allows abutment extraction without overloading the osseointegrated parts or damaging the implant or the laboratory analogue.

The Titanium Base Extractor is screwed into the internal thread of the abutment until the bottom of the implant is reached. A further screwing ensures a gentle removal of the abutment from the implant or laboratory analogue, avoiding any problems.
