All its components - available for more than 100 implant systems - are conceived and manufactured at its production site in South Tyrol, Italy. Everything is produced according to the highest of standards in the production process – intelligent solutions, precision and quality. To craft its implant components, Zirkonzahn primarily uses high-quality, grade 5 titanium. Its portfolio is comprised of a great range of products, like titanium bases, Scanmarkers, White Scanmarkers, ScanAnalogs (laboratory analogues used as scanmarkers), impression copings, laboratory analogues, Multi Unit Abutments, Raw-Abutments® as well as healing caps. They have also recently expanded their exhaustive product line with innovations such as the all new titanium bases with adaptable length or with angled screw channel, White Metal Scanmarkers, Zirkonzahn Titanium Posts and LOC-Connectors. Together with implant components, Zirkonzahn provide clients with useful tools such as the Titanium Spectral-Colouring Anodizer for colour-coating titanium bases.
With quality as its highest priority, Zirkonzahn assume the responsibility of ensuring its implant products can be used with guaranteed precision. Zirkonzahn implant abutments are warranted up to 30 years, including the implants from other manufacturers used with Zirkonzahn implant abutments.
For its users, all implant prosthetics components are 100% integrated into Zirkonzahn's workflow and software via corresponding libraries. Together with the Zirkonzahn.Implant-Planner, clients can provide dentists with all components required for an implant case simultaneously (surgical guides, immediate load restorations, custom impression trays and/or milled models with laboratory analogues). exocad® and 3Shape users can also download and implement Zirkonzahn components for free in their design software through the Zirkonzahn Library Download Center.
