Superior and more affordable 3Shape lab scanners

3Shape's new E scanners for dental laboratories deliver the high quality, advanced scanning features and precision CAD/CAM workflows 3Shape is recognised for, but at a more affordable price.

Featuring two 5 megapixel (MP) cameras, Blue LED and multi-line high-speed scanning for optimal detail capture and accuracy, 3Shape E scanners enable labs to complete more cases in less time. The E scanners improve lab productivity with time and cost saving features like 3Shape's reliable impression scanning and Auto-start. Impression scanning allows labs to scan traditional impressions directly without having to pour a model. While Auto-start starts the scanning as soon as the model is placed inside the E scanner.

The E scanners also support 3Shape's superior articulator transfer system that accurately transfers the position of a model in an articulator into the software for enabling CAD design.

New optional LabCare subscription added

Two new pricing packages now enable dental labs to go digital more easily by providing an optional subscription with limited services and alternately, a comprehensive 3Shape LabCare program packed with value as follows:

1. The LabCare subscription package gives professionals high value services plus the option to protect their investment with an attractive warranty and scanner replacement agreement; and
2. The New Basic package is a no-subscription program offering limited services free of charge. The Basic package is only available for the E scanners.

The existing 3Shape D1000 dental lab scanner and the 3Shape D2000 dental lab scanner will both continue to be available and for maximum volume throughput.
